Comfrey is a powerful herb known for its ability to speed up skin regeneration, reduce inflammation, and soothe minor injuries. A comfrey salve is an excellent remedy to have on hand for cuts, bruises, and dry skin. Here's how to make your own!

1 cup comfrey-infused oil (see infusion instructions below)

1/4 cup beeswax pellets or grated beeswax

1 teaspoon vitamin E oil (optional, for preservation)

5-10 drops lavender or tea tree essential oil (optional, for added benefits)

1. Gently heat the comfrey-infused oil and beeswax in a double boiler until the beeswax is completely melted.


2. Remove from heat and stir in the vitamin E oil and essential oils if using.


3. Pour the mixture into small, sterilized tins or jars.


4. Let it cool and harden before sealing the containers.


5. Store in a cool, dry place for up to a year.
